As a client at our hospital, you can expect our full attention to your and all of your pets needs.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our customer care representatives and checked into one of our three exam rooms (we even have a cat specific exam room).
One of our animal care technicians will start your appointment by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit. This information will become part of your pet's digital history.
One of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and provide the appropriate preventative care, treatment for medical condition, recommend further diagnostic testing or surgical/medical procedure(s).
Ask questions at any time. Our entire team wants to make sure you and your pets are completely comfortable with the information that we are providing. We will also provide written treatment plants with costs at any time.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
