1. We are an "essential business" and we are seeing pets for urgent or essential services. This includes pets who are due for time sensitive vaccines, procedures or surgeries.
2. Our lobby is temporally closed to the public. Our veterinary technicians will be completing curbside check-ins and check-outs and our doctors will call you to discuss your pet's treatment after their exam.
3. If anyone in your household is exhibiting flu-like symptoms (including but not limited to fever, cough or breathing difficulties), please let us know immediately. We may ask you to arrange for someone else to bring your pet. We also have telemedicine available for non-emergencies.
There is a minimal risk for your pets to acquire COVID-19 and there is no document transmission from pets to people.
